Championing Technical Brilliance in Government

Thank you to everyone that helped make Government ICT 2020 happen! We'll be returning for the 17th iteration in January next year, when we'll be bringing together over 450+ senior technology and transformation leaders from both central and local government, and the wider public sector. Providing access to expert speakers and pioneering case studies, it will give insight into how the public sector can incorporate best-practice and IT transformation strategies.

Following the launch of the Government Technology Innovation Strategy, the day will provide a crucial understanding of the challenges and solutions to futureproofing services.

Testimonials

The Government ICT Conference was a revelation in what is happening and helped provide a balanced perspective between buyer and supplier of ICT, indicating what is working, what hasn't and what may work in the future.

Enterprise/Solution Architect, Eco-Enable Limited - contractor to Westminster City Council

I like to recommend the Government ICT conference to everyone as it is an excellent platform to learn about ICT technology and progress. All sessions were interactive with excellent speakers and the exhibition and networking are good. I look forward to attending the event next year.

Senior Lecturer, University of West London

If you want to keep up to date with what's going on in Government, Government ICT is an event you need to attend. Great chances for networking, great speakers and a very interactive day.

Video Conferencing Centres Programme Manager, Ministry of Justice

Insightful and informative, it was interesting to note that the challenges of transformation in the digital space are not exclusive to any particular organisation and/or government department.  The eclectic variety of speakers made it abundantly clear to me that the difficulties faced by my own organisation are also being felt by (much) larger (and better equipped) bodies.  I have taken away some extremely useful soundbites from the 2020 conference that will undoubtedly assist my organisation's digital journey through 2020 and beyond.  Very much looking forward to Gov ICT 2021.

Head of Digital, Regulator of Social Housing

This is a great event to learn about things and benchmark yourself, especially in the early stages of programmes of work.

Head of Technology Services, Horsham District Council

A thoroughly worthwhile experience in terms of the diverse viewpoints and approaches on offer and unexpected approaches to problem-solving. Some seriously innovative thinking still exists!

Executive Officer, MHCLG

This was an informative and well-organised event which gave lots of insight into how different parts of government are dealing with some key challenges. It also increased my personal network of cross-government and supplier contacts.
