André Rogaczewski founded Netcompany in 2000 and has overseen its evolution into one of Northern Europe’s most successful IT consultancies, encompassing 2,400 passionate technologists across Denmark, UK, Norway, Netherlands, Poland and Vietnam. With his technical background, a master's degree in computer science from Aalborg University and a true vision for societies digital future, he has led the company through tremendous growth and built a unique delivery model unmatched elsewhere in the IT industry. André is a strong advocate for digitalisation and digital competencies and holds several influential positions, including Chairman of DI Digital (Danish ICT and Electronics Federation) and Chairman for The Technology Pact (a cooperation between business, central government and further education to strengthen Danish STEM skills). He has also founded and chairs ‘Digital Dogme’, a cooperation of leading Danish companies educating and upskilling employee IT and technical competency.
