Leah Jones is the Smarter Working Programme Manager at the Government Property Agency (GPA) - an Executive Agency of the Cabinet Office. She has worked in the civil service for 15 years, specialising in project and programme delivery, delivering a large and varied portfolio of change including transformational programmes, estates changes and legislative change delivered through digital channels utilising agile and scrum. From working within departments at the ground level to deliver Smarter Working, Leah has seen the challenges that can be faced and now works for the GPA delivering Smarter Working across government.
